Why this exists
Four vendors, four contracts, nobody responsible for the whole.
A company decides to grow. It buys a website from a design studio, a CRM from an implementation partner, paid media from a performance agency, and SEO from a specialist.
Each vendor is competent. Each delivers what was asked. And the system still leaks — because the failures aren’t inside anyone’s scope. They’re in the gaps.
Nobody is doing anything wrong. The structure is wrong. Xavrox was built to take the whole path instead of a fragment of it.
What we believe
Five things that shape how we work.
01
Architecture before activity
Nothing gets built until we know what it connects to. Most wasted budget is spent on a layer that wasn’t the constraint.
02
Measurement is infrastructure
If it isn’t instrumented, it didn’t happen. The dashboard is a deliverable, not a courtesy.
03
Honest attribution beats flattering attribution
We’d rather say a number is influenced by things outside our control than claim credit for it.
04
The client owns everything
Source, credentials, data, documentation, and the reasoning behind every decision. No dependency by design.
05
Fewer things, done to a standard
We’d rather decline work than deliver it at seventy percent. It’s why the list of things we don’t do is public.
Who you’ll work with
The person on your call is the person doing the work.

Write 3–4 short paragraphs: what you did before Xavrox and for how long · the pattern that led to the fragmentation insight · what you’re genuinely strongest at · one honest limitation and who you’d refer it to.
- Paragraph 1 — What you did before this, honestly stated.
- Paragraph 2 — The pattern you kept seeing that led to Xavrox.
- Paragraph 3 — What you’re strongest at, specifically.
- Paragraph 4 — One thing you’re not, and who you’d refer that to.
Where we are
We’re based in Pakistan. We say so upfront.
Most agencies in our position obscure this behind a virtual office address. We’d rather you knew now than found out at proposal stage. Meetings are held in your time zone. You get a named contact rather than a rotating account team. Response times are written into the agreement. Everything we build is documented and handed over.
Where we are as a business
We’re new, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.
Xavrox launched in 2026. We don’t have a ten-year case study library, and building a fake one would undermine everything else on this site. Instead: our methodology is published in full. Our pricing is published. We ran the AI Visibility Index on ourselves. And our entry engagement is a fixed-fee audit that produces a map you keep.
